Carl Peck
Carl is a wisdom catalyst with a passion for adventure and over 30 years of counseling experience. His love for challenge began as a teen when he biked across the U.S. with his brother, and later grew through his work as a paramedic, flight medic, and high-angle rescue team member. Today, he brings that same resourcefulness and courage into his counseling and leadership work. His problem-solving skills and methodical approach come from his ability to easily discern issues and see challenges from a unique 30,000-foot perspective. Uniquely gifted to balance independence with collaboration, Carl thrives as a thought-and-action partner who helps harmonize diverse ideas into meaningful results.
Carl earned his Master of Arts in Counseling from Denver Seminary and has served with organizations like Promise Keepers, Focus on the Family, and the Center for Relational Leadership. He specializes in guiding couples through crisis, strengthening families, mentoring men, and equipping ministry leaders. Looking ahead with Adventuring Upstream, Carl desires to expand opportunities for marriages, teams, and leaders to experience deep transformation through coaching, training, and adventures that inspire lasting growth.
